柱形旋流器油水分离效果研究

Abstract
建立了一套柱形旋流器油水分离实验流程.通过改变油水两相泵入速度、溢流口流量等操作参数,得到了入口流速、分水率对分离效果的影响趋势,并比较了二级柱形旋流器并联和串联两种连接方式的分离效果.结果表明,一定结构的柱形旋流器存在最优的入口流速和分水率;在2.8 m/s的入口流速下,二级柱形旋流器并联油水分离效果最好.
