乙醇脱氢氨化制乙腈Cu基催化剂的研究

Abstract
采用浸渍法制备Cu/Al2 O3和Cu-Ni/Al2 O3催化剂,研究载体、CuO负载量和助剂Ni元素加入对催化剂的影响,采用XRD、BET、H2-TPR和NH3-TPD等对催化剂进行表征,考察反应温度、氨醇物质的量比和空速对催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,在反应温度295℃、氨醇物质的量比5.5和乙醇空速0.6 h-1条件下,Cu1Ni1/Al2 O3催化剂催化性能最佳,且运行550 h,催化活性未明显降低.
