Abstract
以炔丙醇为起始原料,经过偶联、氢化、环氧化、溴代等反应合成中间体(9S,10R)-1-溴-9,10-环氧-(3Z,6Z)-二十一碳-3,6-二烯(化合物9),再通过两种不同的方法分别得到脱溴产物.优化反应条件,提高产率,得到高纯度的美国白蛾性信息素.其结构经1H NMR和LC-MS表征.
