Abstract
通过化学法将石墨烯接枝到乳化剂的长链中,再与E-20、助剂、防锈颜料、填料进行反应得到水性环氧防腐涂料.实验表明,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为100℃,防锈颜料:石墨烯=56:3,填料:石墨烯=500:3,石墨烯含量为0.8％下制备的水性环氧防腐涂料的性能最佳,通过与标准HG/T 4759-2014对比发现,耐水性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐盐雾性等性能都明显优于标准HG/T 4759-2014.
