超声波辅助溶剂提取火棘果中原花青素

Abstract
以广西宜州野生火棘果为原料,采用超声波辅助溶剂法,对野生火棘果中的原花青素进行提取.选择5个因素进行单因素实验,利用紫外-可见分光光度计测定吸光度,初步确定各因素的最佳条件.用正交实验进一步优化初步的实验结果,最终得出超声波辅助溶剂提取火棘果中原花青素的最佳工艺条件为:按料液比1:55(g:mL),往火棘果粉中加入80％的乙醇,在功率175 W、温度70℃的条件下,超声提取60 min,在波长550 nm处测定,得出火棘果中原花青素的提取率为5.95％.
