Abstract
在催化裂化催化剂的生产过程中,提高催化剂胶体的固含量,能改善催化剂微球的粒度分布,提高收率,降低能耗.某石化公司催化剂生产装置采用高固含量成胶技术,对工艺流程进行了优化,催化剂胶体的固含量由32.37％提高到36.23％,同时,装置所生产的催化剂微球的颗粒粒度分布有改善,细颗粒物减少,装置废水排放物的悬浮物下降,装置整体的水耗、气耗显著下降,节能降耗、提质增效效果明显.
