Abstract

建立了以羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)为手性流动相添加剂、拆分盐酸氯丙那林的方法.使用C18色谱柱,考察了有机修饰剂的种类及配比、流动相的流速对拆分的影响.结果表明,当流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(体积比为80∶5∶15),HP-β-CD浓度为0.8mmol·L-1,流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为216nm时,盐酸氯丙那林的分离度为1.45.
