聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯的合成及阻燃性能

Abstract
以甲苯和丙烯酸为原料,合成了一种阻燃单体——丙烯酸五溴苄酯,收率92.8%,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR表征确证.并聚合成高分子阻燃剂聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯,其性能经TG-DTG表征.采用极限氧指数(LOI)测试研究了聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯对环氧树脂(EP)的阻燃性能.结果表明,聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯的T5为341℃,500℃残炭率为13.42%,具有很好的热稳定性及一定的成炭能力.聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯的用量为20%时,聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯20-EP的LOI为29%,阻燃级别为难燃.
