Abstract
目的:优化软胶囊的最佳制备工艺条件.方法:以明胶、甘油、水、PEG400比例为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验筛选了软胶囊的制备工艺,采用压制法制得软胶囊.测定黏度和崩解时间,优化软胶囊制备工艺条件.结果:明胶、甘油、水和PEG400比例为1:0.5:1:0.07,黏度为4.66.结论:该工艺简单可行,是软胶囊的最佳制备工艺流程.
