Abstract
介绍了DE-01树脂催化剂的制备工艺[3],并对树脂催化剂性能进行详细分析讨论.通过试验对ETBE合成反应的醇烯比、反应空速、反应温度等工艺条件进行论证.结果表明:丹东明珠特种树脂有限公司开发的ETBE专用树脂催化剂DE-01在反应温度为65～70℃,反应空速为1.5～2 h-1,醇烯比为1.1(mol/mol),反应压力为1.2 MPa的条件下,混合C4中异丁烯最低转化率达到93％,优于国内外同类产品.
