采用L9(43)正交实验方案,以硅藻土为载体、丙酸钙为抑菌物质制备了复合抑菌剂,通过紫外-可见分光光度法和红外光谱法对负载量进行了分析和表征,确定了最佳的制备条件,即9％浓度,20℃,0.5 h,pH=9.这种复合抑菌剂可作为助剂添加到高分子材料中加工成具有抗菌功能的保鲜膜、包装袋以及抗菌塑料等.
