柳蒿是一种历史悠久的药食两用植物,具有“降压菜”、“减肥草”等美誉,被称为达斡尔菜,深受北方民间喜爱,有很好的食用价值,而且营养成分丰富和药用价值高.本文就柳蒿中已发现的化学成分进行了总结,对其中所含的有效化学成分进行了分析和科学展望,为今后柳蒿资源的研究和开发利用提供参考.
