低温Li2O-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃结合剂的研究

Abstract
采用传统熔体冷却法制备了Li2O-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃,分析了玻璃的特征温度、探讨了与刚玉磨料的热膨胀匹配性,研究了烧成温度和保温时间对玻璃为结合剂的刚玉砂轮试样抗弯强度的影响,并对玻璃结合剂的高温析晶稳定性进行了分析.结果表明,以Li2O-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃具有较低的流动温度和与刚玉磨料相匹配的热膨胀率,以其为结合剂制备刚玉砂轮磨具适宜的烧成温度为750 ℃-790 ℃,保温时间以1-2 h为佳,所制备砂轮的抗弯强度可达45 MPa.该体系玻璃结合剂烧成时保温时间不宜过长,当保温时间达到8 h时将导致Li2.4Mg0.8SiO4晶体的析出,从而降低磨具的强度.
