Abstract
我集团一家子公司水泥磨头端提升机采用NE型斗式提升机运输颗粒物料,回料明显,壳体磨损严重,循环负荷大,提升机电流比正常值高2～3A.通过现场勘查分析后,认为该斗式提升机接料板与下料料斗的空间位置不合理.因此,公司在2015年初对斗式提升机下料料斗与接料板的位置进行了调整,有效解决了回料问题.
