新型金属陶瓷复合材料主要工作磨损部位采用高硬度金属陶瓷混合预制体,非主要工作磨损部位选用具有良好韧性的中碳合金钢.采用经济环保的消失模铸造工艺,将两种材料进行冶金复合.通过相关热处理工艺,复合材料具有优良的综合耐磨性能,使用寿命大幅度提高.
