氧化铝磨矿中碳多元合金钢衬板的研制

Abstract
高温烧结后的氧化铝具有较高的熔点和抗腐蚀性,同时具有较高硬度与强度,是水泥厂旋窑内衬耐火砖和浇注料比较理想的选择原料之一.针对氧化铝磨矿衬板的工况条件,研制开发了具有较高综合耐磨性能的中碳多元合金钢衬板.衬板最佳热处理工艺为960℃油淬火+280℃回火,淬火回火组织为回火马氏体+共晶碳化物M7C3+残余奥氏体,使用寿命为普通高锰钢的1.5～2倍.
