Abstract
以乙炔为碳源气体,采用化学气相沉积的方法,用不同的乙炔浓度制备出疏松热解碳,利用图像法测定了疏松热解碳的密度,用扫描电镜观察了疏松热解碳的微观结构.结果表明:疏松热解碳沉积速率随乙炔浓度增加呈下凹抛物线趋势上升;疏松热解碳密度随乙炔浓度增加呈下凹抛物线趋势下降.
