Abstract

通过主体胶种、阻燃体系、阻尼体系和硫化体系的变量优化试验,研究了CIIR1066/1203D并用体系的阻尼性能、力学性能、耐热性能、低温性能和阻燃性能.结果表明,CIIR1066/1203D比例为70.0/30.0,阻燃体系采用复配阻燃剂FosFlam 65,阻尼体系采用AO-80,硫化体系采用普通硫磺硫化体系/树脂硫化并用,阻尼效果最好,且综合性能较佳.
