Abstract
以氧化锆粉末为原料,探究TiO2-MgO-CaO复相添加剂对氧化锆陶瓷低温烧结性能的影响.本文主要在改变添加剂比例及烧结温度情况下,对烧结产品的体积收缩率、体积密度、洛氏硬度进行测试分析.结果表明:在1400℃下烧结的产品性能更加优越,同一烧结温度下复相添加剂TiO2∶MgO∶ CaO比例为1.5∶1.5∶2.0时烧结产品的硬度更高,体积收缩率以及体积密度更大.
