Abstract
目的 探究乳粉中维生素检测标准菌在接种前的最佳培养时间.方法 测定标准菌的不同培养时间下的紫外吸收值,分析得出生长曲线来确定标准菌最佳接种时期.结果 泛酸、生物素和维生素B12标准菌最佳接种培养时间为16h,叶酸标准菌为14h.接种培养时间远低于现行标准规定时间,且叶酸标准菌活性和活菌数量随时间延长明显下降,其他标准菌也有所减弱.结论 通过缩短接种前的培养时间,提高后续奶粉检测的准确性,减少因标准菌接种状态带来的不利影响.
