Abstract
从泡菜中筛选出对铅具有抗性和吸附性的乳酸菌,用于重金属铅的去除.用涂布平板法从泡菜中共分离筛选到4株对铅的抗性达2000mg/L的菌株,其中在含铅100 mg/L时p3菌株对铅的吸附率最高,达到78.90％.通过形态观察、生理生化鉴定、质谱鉴定、16S rDNA序列分析等方法,证明所得p3菌株为短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis).该菌株在含盐0～5％时生长良好,能耐受pH为2的酸、8.0 g/L胆盐和1.1 g/L的胰蛋白酶.将来可于废水处理、制作泡菜或作为益生菌用于动物体内,减少其体内铅含量.
