Abstract
采用水蒸气蒸馏法对贯叶连翘花中挥发油进行提取,以挥发油提取率为响应值,通过单因素实验对影响提取工艺的参数(浸泡时间、提取时间和料液比)进行考察,并利用三因素三水平响应曲面实验法确定了贯叶连翘花中挥发油的最优提取工艺,即浸泡时间19 h,液固比9∶1 mL/g,提取时间10 h,该条件下贯叶连翘花中挥发油的提取率为1.03 mL/100 g,与理论值1.10 mL/100 g仅相差2.73%.同时测试了该挥发油的抑菌活性,其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为9、10、12 mm,表明贯叶连翘花中挥发油有一定的抑菌活性.
