Abstract

以紫花苜蓿品种大叶苜蓿为试材,研究硒(Se)不同浓度(0、100、900 μmol/L)处理对新疆大叶苜蓿叶片生物量、硒含量和光合色素的影响.结果表明,随着胁迫时间的延长,在第60d时,硒胁迫组的紫花苜蓿叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡卜素含量、硒积累量和生物量均比对照增加.综合表明,紫花苜蓿叶片具有较强的富Se能力.
