Abstract
样品于2006年3月31日(即农历三月三)采摘于海南白沙牙叉镇什空村.在调查村民传统制作三色饭(五色饭)的基础上,采用室温浸泡枫香(金缕梅科枫香属(Liguidambar formosana Hanoe)嫩叶提取黑色素.通过对不同溶剂、不同的料液比、不同浸泡时间的对比实验,通过紫外-可见光谱表征,得出最佳提取条件为:50%(请选择体积比,下同)乙醇为溶剂,料液比为1∶40,浸泡时间为10 h.
