结合实验室的实际情况,评定采用连续流动法同时测定烟草中总糖、还原糖、氯和钾含量时的测量不确定度,分析了总糖、还原糖、氯、钾含量检测误差的影响因素,计算了不确定度分量及合成不确定度,得出总糖、还原糖、氯、钾测量结果扩展不确定度分别为0.44%,0.40%,0.02%,0.06%,为测量结果提供了可信度和可信区间.
