基于X射线荧光光谱法测试谷物中多种营养元素,分析谷物类型、粒径、测量时间、基体校正平衡项对检测结果的影响.在优化后的试验条件下,通过检测谷物类标准样品,验证了该方法检测小麦、大米中镁、磷、硫、钾等8种营养元素有较好准确度和精密度,适用于谷物中营养元素的快速测定.
