Abstract
利用响应面法优化超临界CO2萃取枸杞籽油的工艺.在单因素试验的基础上,选取萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间作为影响因素,采用Box-Behnken中心设计模型,以枸杞籽油得率为响应值,进行响应面分析.结果表明,超临界CO2萃取枸杞籽油的最优工艺条件为:原料粒度40～60目、萃取压力37.8 MPa、萃取温度38.4℃、静态萃取时间5 min、动态萃取时间41 min,在此条件下,枸杞籽油得率为21.78％.
