Abstract

对13份西藏藏木香中黄酮、多酚、土木香内酯、异土木香内酯含量进行测定,结果表明:13份西藏藏木香中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯最高含量分别为44.22、45.45 mg/g,不同藏木香样品之间土木香内酯和异土木香内酯含量均存在显著差异,且土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的含量呈极显著正相关(P＜0.01);13份西藏藏木香中多酚与黄酮含量均较高,最高含量分别为1 602.24、60.66mg/100g,且多酚含量均高于黄酮含量.
