Abstract
采用甲醇涡旋振荡提取,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测,建立了香精中苯甲酸、山梨酸、水杨酸、脱氢乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丁酯8种防腐剂含量的检测方法.8种防腐剂的的线性范围在0.01μg/mL ~ 5.0 μg/mL之间,3个水平加标平均回收率介于85.8%~ 103%之间,相对标准偏差为1.9% ~ 4.5%,定量限介于0.1 ~ 2.5 μg/g.该方法适用于香精中8种防腐剂的含量分析.
