Abstract

采用荧光增白剂CPS-A对涤纶织物进行增白处理,测试荧光增白剂CPS-A在涤纶织物上的牢度与耐黄变性,研究还原法和氧化法对涤纶增白织物的剥色效果.结果表明,荧光增白剂CPS-A的最佳增白工艺:荧光增白剂CPS-A质量分数0.2％～0.6％(omf),染浴pH值偏中性,浸染温度98～130℃时,定形温度170～190℃;增白的涤纶织物具有较高的色牢度和耐黄变性;涤纶增白织物的回修剥色选择氧化法,如荧光剥除剂TF-900.
