稀土掺杂SnO2/TS-1纳米光催化材料的合成及染料降解

Abstract
以SnCl4· 5H2O为原料,钛硅分子筛TS-1为载体,镧和铈为掺杂元素,采用超声溶胶凝胶法,制备出稀土掺杂的负载型纳米SnO2.并对罗丹明B模拟废水进行光催化降解,以降解率为考量对象,优化了催化剂的制备条件为:pH值7~8,SnCl4∶TS-1∶La∶Ce=1∶1∶0.02∶0.01,超声2h,陈化15h,80℃干燥,500℃焙烧2h,其负载量为30%.选择500W氙灯,催化剂0.30 mg/mL,光照2h时,模拟染料废水罗丹明B的降解率达99.87%,且循环5次后,降解率达88.26%.同等条件下,同类工业染料酸性蓝、活性黑、RGFL黄、酸性红A-2BF的降解效果分别为99.85%、99.78%、96.15%和94.65%.
