改性凹凸棒黏土对阳离子染料的脱色性能

Abstract
采用热改性凹凸棒黏土(简称凹土)对阳离子红5GN溶液脱色.经不同温度焙烧的凹土在相同条件下吸附阳离子红5GN,发现350℃焙烘的凹土吸附效果最好.通过BET法计算其比表面积为116.785 6 m2/g.红外光谱显示,经高温处理后,凹土的吸附水、沸石水及部分结构水被去除,有利于孔道扩张.单因素吸附试验表明,350 ℃焙烧凹土100 mg,pH=8,在30 i℃吸附105 min,50 mg/L阳离子红溶液的脱色率为96.5%.吸附等温线为Langmuir模型;吸附动力学为伪二级反应动力学模型.
