Abstract
采用亲电取代法合成反应型阴离子改性剂,对天丝织物进行阴离子化改性,再分别用黄连素和阳离子荧光红GN对改性天丝织物进行染色.探讨了改性剂用量对天丝织物抗紫外线和染色性能的影响,测试了染色织物的K/S值、UPF、紫外线透过率和染色牢度.结果表明:当天丝织物分别用黄连素或阳离子荧光红GN染色,相应最佳的改性剂质量分数为10%和15%.反应型阴离子改性剂有利于提高天丝织物的紫外线防护性能,染色织物的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度达到3级以上.
