银/聚苯胺/涤纶电磁屏蔽织物的制备

Abstract
采用聚苯胺将银离子在涤纶织物上还原,形成表面催化层,并对织物化学镀银.探讨了聚苯胺聚合条件对其还原性能的影响,确定了活化条件,优化了涤纶织物的化学镀银工艺.制备的银/聚苯胺/涤纶复合材料电磁屏蔽效能为60～90 dB,得到的镀银层均匀致密,方阻为400 mΩ/□.
