可手洗柯根纱的染色工艺

Abstract
采用活性染料上染柯根纱织物,讨论了染色温度、染色时间和碱剂等对染色效果的影响.结果表明,在采用纺科素AES等染料,染色温度60～75℃,以2～3 g/L碳酸氢钠为碱剂的优化染色工艺条件下,染色柯根纱色牢度良好.采用固色剂ECS和交联剂BK8对深色染色柯根纱进行后整理,结果表明,整理后织物的尺寸稳定性好,基本不变色,达到了可手洗的要求.
