Abstract
采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定复合调味料中的爱德万甜,并建立不确定度评定模型.通过对不确定来源的分析计算,得出合成不确定度及扩展不确定度.根据结果表明,最小二乘拟合引入的不确定度影响最大.当取样量为1.0000 g,k=2(95％置信水平)时,测得爱德万甜理论含量为50μg/kg的复合调味料中爱德万甜的值为(50.03±2.98)μg/kg.
