Abstract
研究不同浓度配比的壳聚糖复合涂膜液涂膜处理,对采后杏鲍菇贮藏品质的影响.通过对杏鲍菇的腐败时间、失重率、呼吸强度、多酚氧化酶活性(PPO)这四种指标进行测定,结果表明:壳聚糖浓度为2.0 g/L、乙酸浓度为1.5%、乳酸链球菌素浓度为0.4 g/kg时,可有效地延长杏鲍菇的货架期7天.该法不仅表现出比较明显的抑制腐败的效果,还使杏鲍菇出现延迟褐变和减缓水分蒸发的现象.
