Abstract
研究苦瓜水溶性膳食纤维(Water-soluble dietary fiber,SDF)的降血糖功效.试验腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病小鼠模型,设置SDF 3个剂量组、模型对照组和阳性药物对照组,通过测定小鼠空腹血糖和糖耐量研究SDF的降血糖效果,通过测定总抗氧化能力(Total Antioxidant Capacity,T-AOC)、过氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione Peroxidase,GSH-PX)活性和丙二醛(Malonaldehyde,MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平研究SDF的降血糖机制.SDF能降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,提高糖尿病模型小鼠的葡萄糖耐量,降低机体氧化应激水平和炎性水平.SDF可以改善糖尿病小鼠血糖水平可能与其抗氧化和抗炎活性有关.
