Abstract
利用HPLC法对9种医用真菌中麦角硫因的含量进行测定.采用Kromasil 100-5NH2色谱柱,以乙腈:5mmol/L醋酸铵(80∶20,体积比)为流动相,在254nm波长下测定麦角硫因的含量.所用方法简便、准确,测得9种真菌中麦角硫因含量范围为0.0000 %~0.064 1%.9种真菌中麦角硫因的含量差异较大,其中以灵芝中含量最高,本研究为该稀有氨基酸的开发提供了新的方向.
