建立紫外分光光度法测定食用玫瑰花中类黄酮含量的方法. 在420 nm波长处有最大吸收峰, 在50 mg/L~600 mg/L浓度范围内,吸光度与样品浓度之间呈现良好的线形关系,回归方程为Y=0.051 7+0.000 7x,相关系数r2=0.999 98,检出限为2.0 mg/kg;回收率在95.43%~104.67%之间,变异系数在0.86%~2.57%.
