Abstract
对大孔吸附树脂粗提取白酒黄水中乳酸链球菌素的条件进行了研究,结果表明,各个因素对粗提取效果影响大小的顺序为树脂添加量>提取温度>提取时间>转速.乳酸链球菌素最适合粗提取条件为:树脂添加量1.5 %,提取温度50℃,提取时间24 h,转速150 r/min,粗提取物效价为572.02 IU/mL.
