明月草中黄酮提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究

Abstract
以明月草叶为原料,采用超声波辅助提取叶中的总黄酮并对其进行工艺优化和体外抗氧化能力测定.结果表明:单因素和正交实验确定的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:20、乙醇浓度70%、超声功率300W、提取温度50℃、超声时间35min、溶液pH 4.0.此条件下黄酮提取率可达(8.317±0.612)mg/g,提取率高达46.53%.
