乌龙茶,亦称青茶,属半发酵茶,是中国六大茶类之一.乌龙茶综合了绿茶和红茶的制法,茶鲜叶经过杀青、萎凋、摇青、半发酵、烘焙等工序制成.其品质介于绿茶和红茶之间,既有红茶浓鲜味,又有绿茶清芳香,具有独特的花香,醇厚爽口的滋味,品尝后齿颊留香,回味甘鲜.目前我国乌龙茶有福建(闽南、闽北)、广东、台湾三大主产区.
