Abstract

优化乌拉草棉混纺转杯纱的生产工艺.针对乌拉草纤维的性能特点,通过对乌拉草纤维预处理、采用称重原料混和工艺、优选前纺各工序工艺参数,并对转杯纺工艺中分梳辊速度、转杯工艺及纺纱张力等参数进行了优选.结果表明:棉/乌拉草 75/25 36 tex混纺转杯纱采用较优工艺参数为转杯速度 47 000 r/min,分梳辊速度 7 300 r/min,成纱捻系数420 时,乌拉草混纺转杯纱可顺利生产,质量满足了使用要求.
