Abstract

建立高效液相色谱法测定竹蒸笼中甲醛的含量.粉碎均匀的样品以水为提取液,2,4-二硝基苯肼溶液为衍生剂,经C18柱分离后,以二极管阵列检测器检测,355 nm波长扫描,外标法定量.结果表明,甲醛在竹蒸笼中的方法检出限为0.1 mg/kg,当添加水平为1,2.5和5 mg/kg时,方法回收率为87.0％～92.0％,RSD (n=6)为0.96％～2.05％.该方法简便、准确,适用于竹蒸笼中甲醛含量的检测.
