以云南省临沧市永德县特产的诃子干果为原料,制取具有良好的口感和一定保健功效的诃子饮品.将诃子干果在90℃软化15min后,进行切片并以料液质量比(诃子∶水)为1∶30的情况下在90℃中浸提30 min后过滤;β-环状糊精添加量为2.8%进行脱苦;调配时其它各原辅料的最佳配比为:诃子浸提汁用量为40%、阿斯巴甜用量为0.05%、柠檬酸用量为0.08%、蔗糖用量为5.5%.通过以上配比所制得的诃子饮品外观金黄,具有诃子独特的风味,在口感上略带涩味、酸甜适口.
