Abstract
研究了大米浊度的测量方法,准确称取10.00 g大米样品于具塞三角瓶中,加入50.0 ml纯水,在振荡器上振荡10 min,量取1.0 ml溶液于25 ml容量瓶中,用水定溶至刻度线,摇匀后于680 nm波长下比色.本方法的相对标准偏差小于2％,精密度好,重现性高.
