Abstract
在传统杯蝶法的基础上,对生鲜乳中β-内酰胺酶的检验方法进行了一系列的优化,包括菌悬液浓度的控制,样品前处理,检验平板的制备,青霉素、舒巴坦、β-内酰胺酶最佳使用量的确定.通过以上四种措施,简化了部分试验步骤,增强了试验的可操作性,提高了试验的成功率.
