Abstract
使用不同浓度的化学杀菌剂(乙醇、异丙醇、次氯酸钠、过氧乙酸)对噬菌体P1进行灭活并在3min内完成其灭活效果的评估.结果显示,除过氧乙酸外,其他3种化学杀菌剂对P1的灭活效果均随着浓度的上升而逐渐加强.100％的异丙醇可使P1存活率瞬间下降到0.3％(减少3.79个对数级).当次氯酸钠含量达到8×10-4时,P1可完全失活.
