建立了生鲜羊乳中牛源性成分的荧光定量PCR检测法.结合了多物种识别的通用性引物和单一特定物种识别的特异性引物,通过荧光定量PCR的方法进行扩增,收集荧光信号,达到鉴别生鲜羊乳中牛源性成分的目的.该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏和特异性强的特点.
